Your order will arrive within 1 - 4 business days after it is shipped anywhere in the continental U.S. If you need it there sooner, we can also send your order UPS Standard Overnight service for an additional charge based on UPS shipping rates. Exchanges for store credit towards jewelry only. Exchanges are only acceptable if jewelry is carelessly damaged by neglecting to follow the HANDLE WITH CARE instructions or is damaged because of a flaw in the design only. If the breakage is due to faulty parts, your piece will be immediately fixed free of charge and return shipping. This policy stands for 14 days from shipment date. If the price of the desired jewelry piece one wishes to exchange exceeds the price of the damaged piece then purchaser must pay for the price discrepancy. Similarly, if the price of the desired jewelry piece is less than the damaged piece, than the purchaser will receive store credit for the difference in price. The original shipping fee is non-refundable. We provide complimentary shipping for returning an item back to you. Allow 30 days for repairs. Then, when returning an item you must include your name, phone number and address and all parts of the jewelry. Please include all original packaging and documentation. Improperly packaged items will be refused.
